As part of Wildseed Café’s National Day campaign, we pay tribute to Singapore through a collection of signature dishes and a limited-time National Day High Tea, each inspired by flavours that are close to home. Thoughtfully crafted using familiar local ingredients and beloved classics, every creation offers a fresh interpretation of Singapore’s rich and diverse culinary heritage.

Inspired by the flavours and cherished bites many of us grew up with, our National Day Afternoon Tea Set features a delightful selection of sweet and savoury treats that celebrate the comforting tastes of home, reimagined with Wildseed Café’s signature touch.

At The Garage, Laksa Prawn Pasta draws inspiration from one of Singapore’s most familiar local flavours through a contemporary café interpretation. The dish highlights laksa leaf, a beloved local herb also found within the Singapore Botanic Gardens, creating a connection between flavour and destination.

At The Summerhouse, Grilled Sea Bass Fillet reflects a close connection to Singapore’s local farms and appreciation for fresh produce. Thoughtfully prepared with clean, balanced flavours, the dish complements the venue’s garden dining experience.

Nasi Lemak

At 1-Flowerhill, Nasi Lemak offers a distinctive Wildseed interpretation of a beloved local classic. Featuring blue pea flower coconut rice, the dish pays homage to familiar Singaporean flavours while bringing a fresh and vibrant twist.

The Alkaff Mansion

Soft-Shell Chilli Crab Linguine

At The Alkaff Mansion, Soft-Shell Chilli Crab Linguine reimagines one of Singapore’s most iconic dishes through a comforting café-style pasta. Inspired by the venue’s legacy of welcoming distinguished guests and foreign dignitaries, it presents a local favourite with a refined touch.
