IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT.
1. About This Agreement
This Website Terms of Service (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Wildseed Cafe website, including all webpages, booking systems, applications, features, content, and services made available through or connected to the website (collectively, the “Site”), together with any related microsites, campaign pages, or digital platforms operated in connection with Wildseed Cafe.
This Agreement is entered into between the relevant Wildseed operating entity listed below (“Wildseed Cafe”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and you, whether you are using the Site personally, on behalf of another individual, or on behalf of a business or organisation (“you”).
Depending on the outlet you are interacting with, the operating entity is as follows:
• The Garage — 1-Garage Pte Ltd (UEN: 201609042E)
• The Summerhouse — 1-Garden Pte Ltd (UEN: 200903063H)
• The Alkaff Mansion — 1-Mansion Pte Ltd (UEN: 201907373R)
• 1-Flowerhill — 1-Harvest Pte Ltd (UEN: 202117906C)
By accessing, browsing, interacting with, making reservations through, communicating with, or otherwise using the Site (each a “Use”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, you must stop using the Site immediately.
We reserve the right to revise, amend, replace, or update this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective once published on the Site unless stated otherwise. Your continued Use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific reservations, promotions, events, workshops, loyalty programmes, gift vouchers, weddings, private functions, or other services offered through the Site. Those additional terms shall form part of this Agreement where applicable.
2. Who We Are
Wildseed Cafe is a Singapore-based dining and lifestyle café brand operated by various entities within the 1-Group hospitality group.
References in this Agreement to “Wildseed Cafe”, “we”, “us”, or “our” include the respective operating entities responsible for the following Wildseed Cafe outlets and related services:
- Wildseed Cafe — The Garage
- Wildseed Cafe — The Summerhouse
- Wildseed Cafe — The Alkaff Mansion
- Wildseed Cafe — 1-Flowerhill
This Agreement applies to all websites, reservation systems, event enquiries, promotional campaigns, loyalty integrations, and online services operated in connection with these outlets.
3. Eligibility
As a condition of using the Site, you confirm and warrant that:
• you are at least 18 years old;
• you possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding agreements; and
• your Use of the Site complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the laws of Singapore.
If you do not satisfy these conditions, you are not authorised to access or use the Site.
4. Site Content and Intellectual Property
All content, materials, information, designs, graphics, text, photographs, menus, logos, illustrations, videos, audio content, software, layouts, and branding made available through the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned by, licensed to, or controlled by Wildseed Cafe or its licensors.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Site solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Except where expressly permitted by law or under this Agreement, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, upload, transmit, display, exploit, scrape, sell, mirror, or otherwise use any Content without our prior written consent.
Trademarks
The Site may contain trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, brand identifiers, and visual assets belonging to Wildseed Cafe and its related venues, including “Wildseed Cafe”, “The Garage”, “The Summerhouse”, “The Alkaff Mansion”, and “1-Flowerhill” (collectively, the “Marks”).
Nothing on the Site grants you any right or licence to use the Marks without prior written approval.
5. Restrictions on Use
In addition to any restrictions set out elsewhere in this Agreement, you agree that you will not:
• use automated systems, bots, crawlers, spiders, scrapers, or data-mining technologies to access or extract information from the Site;
• upload or introduce malicious software, malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or harmful code;
• interfere with the security, performance, or proper functioning of the Site;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Site;
• bypass authentication or security mechanisms;
• use the Site in violation of the Computer Misuse Act 1993 of Singapore;
• transmit spam, unsolicited marketing communications, or unauthorised advertising;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity;
• collect or process personal data belonging to other individuals without lawful authority under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012;
• deep-link, frame, or mirror any portion of the Site without our written permission;
• use the Site for unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or fraudulent purposes; or
• encourage or facilitate any third party to engage in prohibited conduct.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site where we believe this Agreement has been breached.
6. Reservations and Bookings
Where the Site permits reservations, bookings, event enquiries, or purchases, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You agree that reservations made through the Site are genuine bookings made in good faith for personal use by you or your invited guests, or for persons you are authorised to represent.
You must not:
• make speculative, fraudulent, duplicate, or misleading reservations;
• resell or commercially exploit reservations without prior written approval; or
• misuse booking systems or promotional offers.
All reservations and bookings are subject to the terms applicable to the relevant outlet, including cancellation policies, deposits, minimum spends, event conditions, dining durations, and no-show fees. These terms will be communicated at the time of booking and form part of this Agreement.
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or amend reservations where fraud, technical errors, pricing inaccuracies, misuse, or breaches of this Agreement are suspected.
7. Accounts and Passwords
Certain features of the Site, including loyalty integrations, reservation systems, or promotional programmes, may require you to create an account or use login credentials (“Credentials”).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access, misuse, or any security breach involving your account.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion where fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorised activity is detected.
8. Your Communications and User Content
If you submit feedback, reviews, photographs, videos, social-media content, testimonials, ideas, comments, suggestions, or other materials to us (“Communications”), whether through the Site, social media, email, messaging platforms, or otherwise, you grant Wildseed Cafe a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, adapt, and otherwise exploit such Communications for operational, editorial, promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes in any media format.
You represent and warrant that:
• you own or control all rights necessary for the submission of the Communications; and
• your Communications do not infringe the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to review, remove, refuse, edit, or moderate any Communications at our discretion.
Please avoid sending confidential or sensitive information through unsecured communication channels.
9. Third-Party Sites and Links
The Site may contain links to external websites, reservation systems, payment gateways, social-media platforms, analytics providers, or third-party services (“Third-Party Sites”).
These Third-Party Sites are operated independently from Wildseed Cafe, and we do not control or endorse their content, services, practices, or policies.
Your access to and use of Third-Party Sites is entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
10. Our Right to Make Changes
We may, at any time and without prior notice, modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any aspect of the Site, including menus, pricing, promotions, venue operations, availability, event schedules, or Site functionality.
Where you have already entered into a confirmed booking or transaction, such changes will not affect your existing contractual rights except where permitted under the applicable booking terms.
11. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wildseed Cafe, its related companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or connected with:
• your Use of the Site;
• your breach of this Agreement;
• your Communications or submitted content;
• your violation of any law or third-party rights; or
• any misuse of your account or Credentials attributable to you.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Disclaimers
The Site and all Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including warranties relating to availability, reliability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and compatibility.
We do not guarantee that the Site will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Wildseed Cafe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, goodwill, data loss, or loss of opportunity; and
• our aggregate liability arising out of or connected with this Agreement or the Site shall not exceed S$100 or the amount paid by you to us for the relevant transaction in the preceding 12 months, whichever is higher.
Where products or services are supplied by third parties, your recourse shall be solely against the relevant third-party provider.
Liability We Do Not Exclude
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.
13. Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, and handling of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
14. Notice of Intellectual-Property Infringement
We respect the intellectual-property rights of others.
If you believe that any material available on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, you may submit a written notice containing:
• your name and contact details;
• identification of the allegedly infringed work;
• details identifying the allegedly infringing material;
• a statement confirming your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised;
• a statement confirming the accuracy of the notice; and
• your physical or electronic signature.

We reserve the right to remove or disable allegedly infringing material and to take further action where appropriate.
15. No Agency
Nothing in this Agreement creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchise relationship between you and Wildseed Cafe.
Both parties remain independent entities.
16. Dispute Resolution
If any dispute, claim, or controversy arises in connection with this Agreement or your Use of the Site, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith discussions.
You may initiate this process by contacting us in writing at compliance@1-group.sg and providing details of the dispute.
If the dispute is not resolved informally within 60 days, the parties may mutually agree to refer the matter to mediation administered by the Singapore Mediation Centre.
Where resolution is not achieved through mediation or informal discussions, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and any disputes arising from or relating to it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Subject to Section 16, the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from or connected with this Agreement or the Site.
18. General Provisions
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplementary terms applicable to specific services or bookings, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Wildseed Cafe concerning the Site and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
No waiver
Any failure or delay by us in exercising a right or remedy under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
Any waiver shall only be effective if made in writing by an authorised representative of Wildseed Cafe.
Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, restructuring, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
Electronic notices
We may provide notices to you by email or through postings on the Site.
Any notices you provide to us should be sent to compliance@1-group.sg or to our registered address listed below.
Third parties
Except where expressly stated otherwise, no person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any term of this Agreement.
Survival
Sections relating to intellectual property, indemnities, disclaimers, dispute resolution, governing law, and general provisions shall survive any termination or expiry of this Agreement.
